Subtle? Hmm. I should have ordered the one with the LED strobe light option.

These grips are excellent, I highly recommend them. Much better than the fancy carved metal one that I paid $80 for my Nikon F2. Tough, super light weight ancd comfortable to hold. As well as available in a bunch o kolors.

On the bessa cameras does the buttergrip help with the balancing at all? I hate the front lug mounts. And I dont want to spend 70ish for the voigtlander one or for the winder.

As the buttergrip is super lightweight, it does not make any difference to the really stupid placement of the lug mounts on all these Bessa cameras.
The only thing that does is a heavy lens.
