Hi group - has anyone bought anything on BuyAndSellCameras.com, one of the banner sponsors? It seems there aren't any items with bids on their website. Just curious.

The site has lots of potential. For one thing it is free to post there at the present time. Posting is easy too -- easier than eBay for instance. I recommend it. I've got a screaming bargain there right now too -- you guys have to find it. If that sells expect some more.

I posted awhile back and nothing happened. I guess it needs critical mass. But as long as RFF classifieds works, it is good enough for me. I only go to WickedBay as a last resort. So two ports of call are enough for me.David Murphy said:

Yes that's one of them. Check for a very fast lens there now.
Considering the price difference between Ebay and BUYandSELL, I am very surprised it has not enjoyed more popularity to this point on time.
We are looking at changing its format.
While ads will be still be free during the promo -- which may be forever at this rate of growth --
changing from the typical auction one ad one price format
to a 30 day multiple item ad -- much like RFF classifieds.
