ッ is not "tu" its "tsu". In this case its a small "tsu" which means its silent and a missed beat. When written in Romaji this appears as a double consonant, eg "chotto matte" the first "t" in each case here is a missed beat and would be written with the small ッ(well actually in hiragana rather than katakana but Im too lazy to bring up the Japanese text) 😀
