I always buy my film from the US with no problems and at a great price. Never any problems with fogging though I would image it comes through with the normal luggage / cargo.
I'm just about to build my own darkroom and was wondering if I should worry about paper bought from overseas being fogged by baggage Xrays?

I just checked the cost of paper in Sydney - 100 sheets of 8x10 is US$69 in the US and A$166 in Australia. It's what I expected. Not only are we getting shafted on film prices but paper also. And that's with the Australian dollar worth more at the moment!
To rephrase my initial question. Has anyone had any problems with paper purchased overseas which they received via courier?

I'm from Adelaide and use papers I've had sent from B&H NYC and so far no problems with paper. I get all my 400TX from them or Freestyle and have no problems with fogging so far and of course 400TX is much more prone to be exposed by radiation. The amount I save is very considerable.

Thanks Haigh,
That's exactly what I wanted to know. I get all my film from B&H and I'll do the same with paper.
Cheers - John
