I've just ordered "Bystander" from http://www.strandbooks.com/. $9.95 in condition "like new" + $7 for Airmail shipping to Russia.

I just got my copy today. I didn't pay attention to the book's dimensions, so I was surprised by the size. It looks great though and I'm looking forward to it.
