C-41 lab closed. I got the chemicals, can I put them to good use?

A shop that had a lab close by closed down and a few of my friends helped with the clean-up, and they could keep things that the owner didn't need anymore. So I ended up with some chemicals from this lab, but I don't know if I have all I need, or if I could even use them at home. I know my way around B7W development, but have no idea what's going on in the color development world. So I thought I could ask here, maybe someone can give me tips on what to do with these. I have the following chemicals:

• Fuji Negacolor Fixer
• Fuji CN-16L (N1-CR)
• Fuji Negacolor Ultra Bleach 3
• SP20EM developer
• Fuji Environeg Superflo Stabilizer

They all are in, what seems to be, their concentrated state.

So, can I use them for something?

It looks like you have it all. I've never seen a YouTube tutorial on using a separate Bleach and Fix. All the kits use a "blix" (integrated bleach and fix) vs separate processes. The process description .pdf has times for all chemicals.

Looks like a fun project for trial and error using a manual tank method 🙂

You need developer starter. The developer assumes you are replenishing old developer with new; you will not unless you do runs a couple of times a week. The developer starter replaces the used developer, usually when the developer tank was drained completely and then re-filled. You will use about 10 times more developer than the replenishment method uses, but it works like a charm. You have to have a measuring syringe as well the amount of starter is quite small for a one or two reel tank. Temperature can be controlled using the float-trough method; with some calculations using tap water you can pinpoint a temp to start at and let the temperature cool an equal amount till the end of development. A warm water bath can really help in a cold room. Net result will be very close to having perfect temperature control. C-41 film is actually pretty forgiving in this respect. Do the same for the Fixer and Bleach, absolute temperature control matter even less. A water rinse with 10 water exchanges and 30 sec in stabilizer mixed with distilled water you are all done.
