C-41 vivid color film, ISO400, what is your pick ?
I want to render strong colors :)
That will highlight a bit my grey b'n'w gallery here http://www.sospello.com/max/

Ektachrome E200 works wonderfully, but I'd like fast processing at the lab :)

Thanks!!
Max

The various consumer line Fuji 200 and 400 have brilliant color. I seem to keep going back to those even though I try others.

Also Kodak Gold 200 seems to have vivid color as well, as well as the Kodak Ultracolor 400, but I don't regularly see that on the shelves at the retail places.

In Germany that would be Kodak Farbwelt. Very good for holliday pics! Fuji Superia is also pretty colourfull.

In descending order:

1) Agfa Ultra 50 (so saturated, it was like a cartoon - discontinued).
2) Agfa Ultra 100 (much better, but Agfa is bankrupt now).
3) Kodak Ultra Color 100 and 400 are very saturated.
4) Fuji Superior XTRA 400.

Those are my choices for 'most saturated' C41 film.

Best Regards,

Bill Mattocks

To Bill's list I would add Kodak MAX 400 and Konica Impressa 50 but the Impressa is discontinued.

Fuji superia Xtra 400, as Bill pointed out, is nice and saturated and is also easy to find and cheap (comes in 3-packs here).

Get the cheapest color print film you can find and shoot with a Smena Symbol, that'll give you vivid!

Fuji PRO160C would be my first pick but for IS0400... KODAK 400UC for extra tasty colour! :D

Thanks to all of you for the kind feedback, and as always, I see that all the tastes are in nature! I will see according with what is available at my local retailer, many many thanks!
