Guys,
I just bought a new adapter from a shop in Hong Kong even before I receive my RJ from Singapore. This one works! My problem and my frustration with so many different adapters is described in detail here:

I don't want to pollute the picture posting thread there any longer so I started this new thread. This new adapter solved my problem once and for all. I am still confident of the silver RJ from chiif and I will be keeping that for sure. I am returning the pixco POS this Saturday.
I started this thread to gather people's combo in 1 place, so that new comers can have a nice and warm place to find what they want. I found out it's not just the adapter solving stuff, but that some adapters do not work with a certain lens, etc. So please only post adapter + lens combos that works for you.
So here's my combo so far and I will update when more lens comes in:
1. Ultra thin + Taylor Hobson Super Comat 25mm 1.9
Here's the ultra thin oh my god c to m43. (advertisement warning: I can order for you for peanuts probably around $40, depends where to ship) enjoy!
EDIT: another update, those of you who had trouble with the infinity (aperture) mark, you can make it face up with certain type of lens. If the thread of your lens is a brass gold circle, you can push it in a little and turn it, releasing it locks it again. You can adjust it until it lines up
Just like the ASA dial on a M3. Try it!
