Caffenol - can't find working link to the cookbook

Is it my imagination or aren't the RFF folks interested in this topic? I know it's not as glamorous as cooking meth, but I supposed photographers (me included) were of the alchemy bent with secret potions and "special" formulas.
Anyway, some of us think it cool (and somewhat 'green') to use more user friendly ingredients. I have several friends who became allergic to Metol and had to abandon the darkroom.
Sorry about the digression, but...I can't link with the recipe book. Any help out there?

If you're on a slower connection the cookbook can take a long time to open since it loads the entire 124-page pdf document.

Ezzie et al have really done a wonderful job with this.

I've had the same problem over the last few days trying to access that same link. It spins and chugs for a while then errors out.

I was hoping to get the PDF and put it on my Dropbox and in Evernote for easy access. If it's something that is freely distributable and someone can find a proper copy, I'd put it online for download as needed as well with permissions.

I have been itching to try this method of developing for a while and now that the weather is taking a winter/fall turn it's time to play indoors more.
