Calendar ?

What do you guys think about a RFF calendar with pictures from the members ? Answer the poll question if you have time ...

I think you need some 'negative' options as well in your poll instead of having the poll options be questions.

One option would be:

Question: Would you buy a RF forum calendar
Option 1: Yes! At any price!!
Option 2: I would, if it wasn't too expensive...
Option 3: Sorry, I would not be interested.

That way you capture not only the people that have a positive reply but also the 'negative' replies and you can do some swags from that data and apply it to the rest of the population, etc

I'd probably buy it if my photo is in it... But I'm still waiting for my hat. 😛

Now... what kind of shots did you have in mind? Something from the self-portrait series? How about a calendar with our best shots (voted by the members?). I'd be more willing to hang one in my office if it has, say, Richard's famous photo of a lonely post in the snow, or one of Doug's quirky portraits.

We should consider it... Besides, it'd be a nice way for all of us to get published!

I like the idea, maybe each month could be from a different camera (ie. Jan.- Canonet, Feb.- Leica, Mar.- Yashica, etc,). The photos could be uploaded into folders specified for the brand of camera, members could vote/poll for their favorite. I think this would challenge everyone to produce good results. I'd buy one.

I would like to see a calendar that features a camera, it's specs and maybe a little history, and a photo taken by that camera. The equivalent of some of the "Ghost Squadron" aircraft calendars that I have.

That's an interesting idea. But would require a lot of effort on the part of those who have the particular cameras desired in a calendar.
