Mr. E,

Besides the fact that your pictures are AWESOME!

I have to say I've noticed one thing in particular having gone through a bunch of your stuff on Flickr. You have an incredible ability at engaging your subjects. Well done, you get a lot of smiles.

The picture of the fellow with the burns. Can you tell us the story behind that shot?

Thanks!

Good stuff Nate, the photos look really good..........I am going to check out your flickr.......BTW, I had no idea that you had a blog...very cool..........

cheers, michael

Thanks, the blog is new. Several people suggested I start blogging. I'm not sure I like the idea of it, but I'm giving it a try. Nothing very interesting up there per se.

How was Myanmar? I'm trying to make it back out in Febrary and will head up there. When will we see pictures from your most recent trip?

Hey Nate, Myanmar kicked my as$.......it was difficult this time.....I'm going back at the end of February with a group of professional skateboarders.....it should be fun....I'll post some photos up in a couple of days...I am back on the road again now.

Cheers, Michael

I remember when you rarely shot black and white film... Nice to see more of it, though I do love your color work equally :)

All of these shots are gorgeous Nate, You're truly inspiring.

Keep on blogging so you can apply for the Leica Explorer thing. I guarantee you'll win a spot.

Yeah, I now shoot a LOT of black and white! I just sent off 27 rolls of it the other day. Thanks for all the remarks. That Leica Explorer thing looks very interesting.
