I just can't stay out of those darn Value Village stores. Oh well all I found today was this Little Hi-Matic

Oh well I guess I shouldn't gripe after all it's extra clean, clean clear glass, clear finder, good case and after I put a battery in it even the meter works. I guess it's worth replacing the sticky light seals. And after all I left the store with a bag full of stuff and change from my 40 bucks.

I found a Polaroid 600 SE at a flea market a couple of weeks ago with 150mm f/5.6 lens.
The vendor couldn't make change for a 20 so I had to find someone who had change.

G.A.S. is a bad thing, but hey all that and change from $40. Not too shabby. At least it was cheap G.A.S.

:D

I have wanted on of those 7s II cams, but never got around to really finding one.

I ahve been playing with it for about 1/2 hour now. I actually like it better then the GIII Canon. I think it might be a touch smaller then the Canon.

Joe are insinuating I don't keep cameras very long? Ya I do have a habit of moving them around a lot.

The Hi-Matic 7sII is an excellent camera. The chrome models routinely sell for over $100 US on the big auction site. And the black ones? Fuggheddaboutit. For less than $40 CDN you might as well have stolen that Minolta!:)

John is single-handedly going to stimulate US emigration to Canada as photogs begin to cross the border in search of these tremendous bargains.
