Thanks for the link, Peter. Morgan at Camera Leather did a custom job for a Voigtlander VF135 for me a while back. 'Couldn't ask for nicer people to communicate with and excellent work.

Nice looking cover for your Voigtlander Burkey. 🙂 I have waited for their Voigtlander line for a long while and it is time to give my R2 a funky new look! Maybe a white cobra skin should turn heads when I am doing street photography? 😛

Yup, Peter - white cobra skin will certainly catch an eye or two. 🙂
They actually cut the skin for the VF135 since they didn't normally stock a covering for that camera. They're located in Burlington, Vermont near LeZot Camera Repair and actually picked the camera up at LeZot for me, installed the skin, and shipped it back. Again, great folks to deal with. Good luck on your project. I look forward to seeing the completed job.

Can these skins be removed or is this a lifetime commitment? Anybody tried them? Do tehy peel off at the edges after a little while?

Replaced the skin on my Contaflex 1 1/2 year ago. Still perfect fit - even in the corners.
