Camera Storage Pouches

I have a bunch of old Contax rangefinders and 2 Leicas and I've been storing them in the closet, in a box, in their eveready cases. Well, I wanted them to breathe a little, so I ordered velvet pouches for them all. They fit great. The only problem is the $15 charge for under $100 purchase. I also bought for the lenses.

I like the Seagram's Crown Royal velvet (almost) pouches. They cost more, but they come with free whiskey.

I prefer airtight freezer bags. I am paranoid about fungus.

I use the pouches more for carrying multiple items in the bag, to prevent scratching. Makeshift alternatives:

Shoe shine flannel "pouches" from better hotels
Old thick socks - cut at the ankle. Make sure they are clean 😉
