Ted's CAMERA store in Doncaster (AU) won't develop film anymore. They have to send it away for 48 hours.
In another sharp kick to the shins, the little kid they had behind the counter didn't even know what the canisters of film were. I thought it was a joke until he asked some other staff member.
Thankfully the woman in the Kodak store around the corner gladly took my custom and did a great job.

It's a camera store that used to be known for developing & processing. Now, what is the point of the store?

I certainly hope this is not a trend.

The shop the wife and I use for processing just stopped doing 35mm black and white ... they still do 120 and C41. Apparently the machine broke, and they didn't think it was economical to replace it as they only had 5 customers for 35mm B+W. They do ask me why I'm still shooting film EVERY time I come in.
