I use the Domke Gripper strap with the Xpan. Works very well.

Works fine on the Konica Hexar AF too. Strap ends are narrow and thin enough to slip through the small strap lugs on the Hexar. Only strap I know of that fits on that camera.

Too many cameras....
Whatever you do, don't use the strap that Hasselblad supplied - mine undid itself as there was no grip between the material and the clips. Fortunately I caught the camera before it fell and hit something hard. I liberated a much more heavy duty strap off a dead Practica SLR as a temporary fix - it's still working!

Domke Gripper or the equivalent Tamrac strap; but I have also used a stretchy elastic strap (can't think of the brand, just offhand). The stretchy type helps (a little) with heavy cameras, and the XPAN is a little on the heavy side.
Edit: It came to me: it is OP/TECH and they have a website.
