I've just returned from a trip to Italy. I had an amazing time. Travelling light, I only toom my Rangefinder and my Polaroid.

One of the main reasons I love taking pictures in Italy is the variety of textures in the buildings.
Did some work in Lightoom today and came across a couple of pics I had forgotten to upload. In both of these pictures it had just rained and was very bright, low sun. Very challenging to meter correctly!

Fantastic. I hadn't seen the earlier photos, so I'm really glad you resurrected the thread.
Beautiful colours and textures, captured in beguiling patterns. I loved the look of Italy when I visited, but I didn't have a camera back then.
