Couple of things...
I have lived and worked in Aspen as a full time photographer shooting advertising, editorial and now fine for about 20 years, I spend tons of time in the areas that you were ( West Maroon Pass ).
You probably needed to use a warming filter because with elevations of 8,000-12,400 feet things are going to look awfully retro ( too flat, blue ) in terms of your resulting images. This Summer has been by far the most green and vibrant the state has ever been since I moved here and these photos simply fall well short of showing that.
Maybe some may think they like that look, but a warming filter would have helped immensely here, certainly more than any corrections in scanning or post.
