Can I use a CC w/Paypal even though.... I have a different direct Bank Account connected with PayPal?
I want to buy a lens but, I want to use a new CC/debit card connected to a Bank account,that has a large some money it from an inheritance, that is not listed with PayPal. The Item on eBay. Or may here though PayPal.

I would do a money transfer over to the account you now have with Paypal. I always have a restriction on the amount of money connected to Paypal just in case something dire happens.
If there is a time difficulty, and you win the eBay lens, let the seller know the issue. In my limited experience sellers are usually very accomodating when they know its a Bank you are struggling with.
