I have a Leitz Elmar 50/3.5 collapsible I use on my Zorki 2c. I love the combination. The Zorki is my favorite fsu camera. Canon also made some excellent sm lenses that will work on the zorki. Just stay away from the Canon 135 because the rf focus mech. will hang up on the cameras rf focusing arm because of it's hook shape. If your Zorki is a bottom loader like mine then you'll have to disassemble the body to get it off.

certain ones with a tongue type cam like the Canon 100mm f 3.5 lens cannot be used on FSU LTM cameras.

Glad to know that about the Canon 100mm lens. Probably best to stay away anything Canon over 50mm. Never understood why the soviets made the hook shaped cams instead of a round cam like that on my Bessa R.

Some ex-USSR cameras have a slightly different focus calbration / alignment than Leica , so it's a question of trying it .
I have used an Elmar successfully - and a Zorki fake Elmar on a pretend Leica-FED 1 !

Was it not possible to accurately calibrate both close and infinity foccus on a Leica and other cameras with a round cam ?
