I saw this on Craigslist and am curious. The seller can only offer vague clues on the logo embossed in the front covering. I'd say clearly German and from the 1930s. There's a fair amount of paint loss too, which doesn't help. Meyer lens, Gauthier Vario (?) shutter.

I think you're right! Impressive, Brian.

I misspoke about the lens obviously -- Ludwig Vidar lens. The camera is for 127 film; portrait orientation. Looks like it came in a variety of lens and shutter combinations.

127 film is still available and can be processed (one place, for example, is Blue Moon).

If the shutter operates and the bellows has no major leaks, this could be a fun camera.
