Can someone tell me what camera this is? 😕 , because I have been biding on it :bang: .

Can't tell for sure because the pic is too small, but the front-mounted shutter release and zebra-striped lens suggests that it is a Practica, from East Germany, probably 1960s vintage

I agree I think that it is a Praktica, probably late 1950's

It looks more like an Edixa or Edixamat.
