Can they made an universal body with adapter to use old MF lens?

The SONY NEX is small with thin body and no mirror in the way like DSLR. Can SONY or others make a full frame digital body with different adapters to use MF lenses? sort of like Tamron's adaptall system?

There is no doubt it is possible. But personally I don't expect anything like that to happen. There probably will be FF EVIL systems, but they will be AF systems complete with native lenses. As adapted manual focus lenses will work on these as well, the niche for a dedicated manual focus FF EVIL camera would be too tiny to be competitive.

Entirely feasible. But how big is the market? And where is the advantage to the vendor? Perhaps I should talk to Alpa...

By MF I take it you mean 'manual focus' and not 'medium format'.
