Can this be true?

This is ghost-matic of ebay, if it is same I have seen listed several times before, for same or similar price.

This was the very first 35mm I owned (but in silver) my dad bought it for me in the PX when we were stationed in Japan, it was under forty bucks. At the time I did not like it because it was'nt as cool as his Nikon F, but I was young then.

The nature of eBay is such that you can't just look at one listing to judge what a particular camera model is going for. There was a Black 7sII that just went for about half of what the Silver models are going for.

The Silver 7sII that I just won comes up on the same ended auctions search and I'm none too pleased with the price difference:bang:, though it was a better price than most.

Black or Silver, I don't really care as long as the camera is in good working condition.

I agree with you. That's why I have Silver cameras. I also think the Silver look more retro and typify the classic look. However; the numbers show that there are people out there who do care.
