Can you develop Double-X using Tmax RS Developer?

Almost certainly. I'd suggest shooting some at 200, 250, and 400, and try 10 minutes to start. If it's thin add time, if it's dense reduce time and/or ISO.

Alright thanks
so in one roll, I'm gonna try different ASA's for some shots? Gonna go for 200 or 250 for most of them

T-Max developer is a very fast acting developer and has really good shadow detail (read: full speed). I would suggest much less than 10 minutes at the standard 1:4 dilution - probably like 6 minutes or less @ 20 degrees. If you do 1:9, 10 minutes may be about right. Shot at 320 probably or 400 to start.
I haven't developed XX in T-Max dev but do please show your results if you do. I bought 400' of it at a ridiculously cheap price but haven't shot any yet. However I have shot Tri-X and dev'd it in T-Max and it needs like 5-6 minutes of development even at full box speed so I imagine it will be similar for XX.
