the hood and shape of the lens seem to confirm the Nokton 40mm

The placing of the script on the front looks more like a Bessa R[234][AM], especially with just the slightest suspicion of some more on top, just above the brightline illumination window.

I think the text on the body is in the wrong spot for an ikon. The top plate doesn't scream bessa to me, but it's hard to say since it's so solid black. I would guess an R3A or R3M if that is a 40 nokton, since the R3 has 40mm framelines. All speculation of course 😱
