Canon 35mm f/1.5 Thoughts?

The 35 1.5 is one of the rarer canon ltm lenses. I rarely hear much about it. Does any one have one or have experience with one? Thoughts?
Images would be nice if you'd like to share.
Just a pretty open ended conversation about the lens.

Many years ago I did a 35mm & 40mm lens comparisons that I posted here. RFF members sent me their lenses, and someone sent me a Canon 35/1.5. People used to say that this lens was a "dog" of a lens, but RFF members liked very much the images from the Canon 35/1.5, and the price online went up a lot then.

Now I use it with digital cameras. It is an excellent lens.

Interesting article. The lens is quite unique, has a strange OOF quality wide open. Can't decide whether I like it or not.

Great image, the canon LTM's seem to have busier "bokeh" than other lenses, neither a bad thing nor a good thing, just an observation.

I came to love this quality with my 50 1.2.

The Canon 35/1.5 is a good lens, but make sure you get a clean one. The copy I compared in the thread below had super clean optics and performed admirably.
