Canon 40d anyone?

Yes, I think it would help, but not as much as the tilt and swivel screen on a Powershot G. The live view on the Canon 1D MkIII and now the D40 is not an important feature for me, nice to have and I might find a use for it, but nothing for which I would shell out the money

P.S.: and you do just fine without it, too!
