Canon 50/0.95 lens focus problems on R-D1?

I recently had a Canon 50/0.95 converted to M-mount by Dag. He told me that the lens focused appropriately on a M8 before sending the lens back. However, when tried on a R-D1, the lens seems to back focus quite a bit. (back focuses around 1ft when shot at 3ft and f0.95) In addition, the image in the rangefinder will not line up when trying to focus on an object at infinity. Does anyone have a problem with lenses not being able to focus properly when switching back and forth between M-bodies and the R-D1?

I would try it on an M9, but mine went out to get serviced. I have tried multiple lenses (including a 50/1.4) out on the R-D1 and they all seem to focus perfectly. Any thoughts?

Yes, Don suggested I send back the lens and the camera. I just wanted to know if anyone else had a problem with rangefinder accuracy when switching from a M8/9 to R-D1. I prefer that the 50/0.95 be setup properly for a M9 rather than the R-D1.
