Hey folks, I thought I'd contribute a couple of pictures using a little-known Canon RF lens, the Serenar 5cm f/2 collapsible.
First, here's the lens:
And some stats: Produced from 1947 to 1949; 6/4 optical design; aperture f/2 to f/11, non-click-stopped, "backwards" rotating (Nikon-wise); min focus 1m; 40mm filter thread.
Here are a couple of pictures using my R-D1s, RAW files processed with Epson PhotoRAW, adjustment settings zeroed out:
About 6-7 meters at f/8:
About 1 meter at f/2:
