canon 50mm f1.5 Sonnar type on leica monochrom

these were all shot wide open at f1.5 with the 50mm canon lens - on a first type leica monochrom - wanted to see how it performed wide open - the out of focus areas are typical Sonnar - much online about the nikkor & zeiss sonnar lenses being superior - I don't see that

I like that, not bitingly modern sharp, but just right. Just lovely.
