Yet another silly question as irrational GAS strikes (Irrational as I'm broke) but can anyone tell me how close the full frame of the 7's VF would be for the 28's FOV? I'm even less inclined to spend real money for an adaptor (kevincameras has one for "only" $150 right now  ) that I'd only use for the one lens and I doubt I'd ever go any wider than that.

Thanks!

No, the gizmo to give a shoe that connects to the flash bayonet on the side.

Those 35mm lines are pretty close to the edge of the frame. I do this on the Retina IIIS, but it has a lot more margin between the 35mm lines and the edge of the viewfinder. I would not blow $150 on the shoe attachment, use it on your bottom-loader.

Good point. Very compact lens too. Ok, if I ever get far enough ahead for a 28, it'll be on the IVSb instead.

I've been using the Jupiter-12 on the 7 alot the past few days. That's a nice combination too. :D
