Hopefully of interest to someone, happened to come across this on U.S. ebay (6th Aug 01:10 BST) a Canon 7 original manual on a B.I.N.- item #7535412074 at a reasonable USD 12.95. 38p,1963, etc ...

With the usual yadda, yadda, yadda about the seller but has 100% positive feedback.
