I actually ordered that one from Kevin last week. Then he refunded my money, because he was on vacation.
Then, I found this one, and bought it:

This is an extremely hard to find item!

Wow, I only paid $299 for the camera. I saw one on Ebay but didn't have a 7 at the time.

Unfortunately, these attachments are now collector's items, hence the high price.
Peter Kitchingman, in another related post a few weeks back, suggested that a similar attachment for the Canon Demi 1/2 frame camera will fit the Canon 7. Same deal, it bayonets onto the flash socket. While the attachment won't be centered over the lens, it is a lot cheaper than the Canon 7 attachment. Maybe worth a look.

I have seen it go to as low as US$67, albeit not mint in box, but perfectly working user condition. Wish I was quicker on the fingers then. Oh well.

I was going to put a light meter in the shoe because I didn't trust the lightmeter in the Canon 7 but after checking it with a hand held it may only be 1/2 stop off. That is okay as I can always offer more contrast with Photoshop. I really like the camera and with a new titanium shutter it is super.

My Canon 7 Accessory Coupler, new in the box. Probably old stock, from a store over there?
So, now I can put my fave 19mm (and my 25mm, when I get one) on my Canon 7. This is worth the money to me.
