Okay, I finally took a couple pics of the camera (a good way to beak in the little Lumix LX-5 I just bought).

I ran a roll of film through the camera today, though for some unknown reason the meter quit working within the first out of use. I have a couple other 7's with quirky meters, so I wasn't especially surprised. This thing is heavy, especially when added the the M4 and M6 which were also in my bag. But I had a fun time with the 7, and I'm looking forward to seeing how the pics came out.

that black 7 is worth nearly as much as a .95, as far as i know. But i could be wrong.
I've seen black 7's go for around $1000 i think, maybe not that much. 50/.95's usually pull over $1000.

That exact same combination is being sold by Peter Loy in London
(www.peterloy.com) for 2,795 GBP.

Actually his also includes the lens hood which seems to go for silly money on its own so maybe knock a couple of hundred off that price along with a 10 percent dealer mark up to get the value of your camera.

'Condition 4/D'

That's not exactly the best grade they hand out, so if your's is looking any better you might do better price-wise as well.

I think some shots to show that combo of are in order here!🙄

4/D equates to Cosmetic - signs of light use
Functional - full working order, 6 months guarantee

I have found Peter to be realistic with his grading in the past. I have looked at this particular camera and cannot remember any brassing on the body so is possibly in better condition the the OP's camera.

But I agree, we need some pictures.

Well a chrome Canon 7 with the .95 goes for around the $1500usd mark. I'm not quite sure how much a black version will add onto that, though I suspect a few hundred.
