I have Canon 85mm F/1.9.
Now I have chance to change it to Nikon 85mm F/2(White version) + about $100(I mean I have to pay more $100 to get Nikon)

Might it be good deal?

How do you think about Canon 85mm F/1.9 and Nikon 85mm F/2.0?

The Nikon has a stronger following. I sold my Nikon but I kept the Canon. Maybe my Canon happens to be an excellent lens.

Be cautious with strong sidelight with the 35/1.5 and try to find a W-48 (which was the hood for the 35/2.5 SLR lens but can used for the 35/1.5 as well). There is no Canon wideangle lens which is stronger at f/2.8 (sharpness, contrast, colors and OOF areas)

I am very thank for reply to my question.

Finally, I have changed my Canon 85/1.9(plus around $100) to Nikon 85/2.0.
Now I am testing Nikon(actually "Nippon Kogaku") 85/2.0.

I have not seen result yet, but Nikon is definite much lighter than Canon.
After developing and scanning, I will compare to Canon... then I will leave some comment about that here..

Hyunsuk:

Did you find it at a store in Seoul or from an individual? There's not too much LTM stuff (unless you count the over-priced Leica bodies/ lenses) at any of the stores I've seen.

Thanks,
Bill
