These guys are awesome! My 50mm f/1.4 was all out of whack (deformed optical assembly it turned out), but it was all free since it was under warranty, and there was NO hassle. They even cleaned the filter I sent the lens in with to a perfect "like new" condition. It only took a week too! I had to send my lens half way across the US, where it then had to be fixed, and I still had it back in just a few days. I tell you, Canon has got a customer for life now.
