Canon FD 7.5/5.6 VS Rokinon 7.5/3.5 for my iii

Yes I know I need an adapter. Are they rangefinder coupled? And where can I find a viewfinder for it? Thanks :D

The Canon FD is obviously in FD mount. You need Canon Adapter B FD to LTM, and also an adapter for LTM-M. No, it is not rangefinder coupled. The depth of field is enormous with this lens. It is a circular fisheye lens.

True. So basically everything is in focus as I mentioned above right? :)

There's no focusing ring on a Canon 7.5mm fisheye. The depth of focus is a few inches from the front of the lens, to infinity. Just put on the camera, with adaptor, and shoot away.

As Jim has said. There is no focusing. Everything is in focus. It works best with a film camera. It is not as sharp with digital cameras.

These are two very different lenses. The 7.5mm lens cannot be used for reasonably looking portraits. It is always circular. The 50/1.2 is an awesome lens overall.

Depends on how you define "reasonable" :D
