I have used Pete Smith, the famous Nikon guy, for Canon LTM lenses. Also Essex Camera from New Jersey. Excellent work from both parties.

Mark Hama just did a cla on my Canon 50/1.4 (and Canon 7 body). Seems to have done a good job for a reasonable price .

I've used Sherry Krauter and was pleased w/ the results, although I've also heard very good things about Essex and their turnaround time may be shorter.
