Canon New F1 foam seals

I know there used to be a kit where you could buy pre-cut foam seals for this camera. I just got one and the foam above the mirror is pretty gunky. Since this camera disassembles almost entirely, I don't feel so nervous about losing foam in the camera or messing up the fresnel (and worst case scenario, focusing screens can be pretty cheap/are common) so I think this is a repair I could do on my own. Anyone know if they still sell these kits and where? Any suggestions for a first timer?
 
Plyobond cement and black yarn and the problem, goes away forever. This is how pro movie cameras are done. All my film Nikons are yarn & felt

black felt for mirror stop and near the hinge.
