Does anyone else like this lens? The 2.8 version seems to be the same formula, but more expensive.

I have the f3.5 35mm Serenar, it is fine but prone to hazing. I have to clean often. The lens is fine; sharp, compact and very well made. So I would think the newer version would be fine and better.

I have an f3.2 version, appears single coated. I don't use it much because I have more modern glass now, but I did like the Canon for B&W film and for its tiny size.
