Canon VT deluxe value

Hello everyone, I'm looking at a VT deluxe with 50mm 1:1.2, 135 1:2.8 .... how much should I pay for it, physically looks nice and assuming working condition need CLA...

VT deluxe with those 2 lenses the seller asking $750 ... is it a fair price?

I would say a bit high, the 135mm is not worth alot of money, so the VT deluxe and the 50/1.2 will have to be near minty and maybe even CLA'd.
Just my opinion.
any warranties included?
maybe this is from a camera shop,.. in Europe perhaps?
