Canonet 19 metering

Hi,

I picked up a Bell&Howell/Canonet 19 at a flea market a couple of weeks ago. It's in super condition, but the selenium cell has aged and so the metering is off by about 3-1/2 stops.
Does anyone know if there is any adjustment for the meter deflection inside this beast? Or better yet, does anyone have a sevice manual for it?
I could use it manually, but I'd really like to get it working properly.

If it is more accurate in dim light but out 3 stops in bright light it is probably the cell.
