Hi,
I'm just wondering whether it is difficult to get to Canonet 17 GIII's shutter. I already had the lens apart, but only enough to clean the shutter blades with Q-tips and naphta. (just removed the rear and front group as in H.Taber's article)
I would like to clean it thoroughly, get rid of all the sticky thing, maybe put some watch oil inside the clockwork...
So, does anyone have any tips how to get in there and get back safe? 🙄
