I am new here so hello!

I have a Canonet GIII QL17 that I bought recently. I ran a few rolls through it and then replaced the light seals due to a leak. I recently ran a roll of Ilford Delta 400 through it and got some interesting results.

As you can see from the photo there are white dots in vertical lines that can faintly be seen. I have upped the contrast on this photo to show it better.
I checked the negatives and they do show up there as well so I know it isn't a scanning problem.

What is this from? Is it the camera's shutter or the lens? Is it a processing error?
I know there are some experts out there. I appreciate any help that can be offered.

thanks for the help. I hoped that was the problem. I would hate to hear that it was the camera's fault. It is such a great rangefinder.

I have been a watcher of this forum for a while and I must say that you guys give great advice.

Barring some residue from you replacement of seals, it almost looks like an extreme case of reticulation. Did you watch your temp control well? How old were your chemicals? Just some random thoughts.

Yes, I agree with all observations on the development. It's extremely grainy for Delta 400; I wonder if the developer needs replenishment, or you used a very high temperature while developing, and/or your fixer needs to be replaced. I think more than one thing worked in combination to give you this result, but it's all during development.

It even looks to me like how the negative would look like if Diafine had been used, been overagitated and not properly stopped and washed after fixing.
