beyond, you might have to harass Sherry a little bit. She does great work, but she is terrible at communicating. Rarely, if ever, answers e-mails. At least that's been my experience. Best bet might be to get her on the phone. Some say best to try calling her in the evening.

Needed a hard-to-find part for a iiig's viewfinder, which the person I sent the camera to for repairs said they couldn't find. Contacted DAG, and lo and behold, in no time he'd found just what I needed. Bought it, sent it to my repairperson, and happy ending.....
