Among the many reports on the mob attack on the Capitol building, here are three news sites that have published galleries of pictures in addition to individual pictures throughout the main bodies of their publications. I am sure there are other publications which have done the same. As an ex newsie, I’m aware of the difficulty and danger of taking these pictures. If you see any other sites where you think the photographers deserve a round of applause, add them to the list.

Interesting. I thought non-"democrats" supporters are more civilized. Well, at least they were not destroying private shops and not stealing goods. I guess. Anything reported stolen from this building?

Maybe we should check with the US Ministry of Information, aka, Facebook. They’re very truthy

Yes... ...

If they went in and got arrested or shot, seems absurd to imagine anything was 'stolen'

Beginning with the torching of cities across the country earlier this year, the coarsening of public discourse, abdication by the press of a commitment to unbiased reportage and a mindset of absolutes on all sides of the political spectrum, this is the result. I suspect it will only get worse as one-party rule settles in across the US.

Thanks, Bill. Some brave photographers. Nice to see these images in higher resolution. A lot of psycho-ceramics out there.

I was on the other side of the Capitol, which was not quite as rowdy, but people still got up onto the steps. Not paid to be there, but I live eight blocks from the Capitol and feel protective of it. I took a few shots with my M240; not as good as the pros, but I also didn't want to wade to deep into the largely mask-free crowd.

It can be taken back from those oligarchs, if there is a will. Taking it back from the mob might be a bit more difficult.

The streets weren’t taken back from the Mob in Portland or Seattle. They were placated. Nor the mobs in NY and Chicago. Fires, police assaulted and No one was prosecuted.
What isn’t permissible, should not be permissible for anyone. Otherwise, the fabric of society starts to unravel.

There have been MANY arrests and some prosecutions here in Philadelphia, the same goes for many cities across the country. Using an absolute such as "no one" isn't fair in this context. Add to that, there were very few arrests or even detentions of these idiots who think living in an autocracy would be better than their current state.
It's all so much shame on the nation.

Really? Please inform us of the actual streets still being run by the "Mob" in Portland and Seattle. I'll wait....

You don't have to wait long: perhaps you missed the center of Seattle being occupied by armed AntiFa (Capital Hill Autonomous Zone, aka, CHAZ) or a smaller one in Portland for many weeks in the Spring and Summer. I personally witnessed the police withdrawing from Union Square in Manhattan as the Mob set out and looted businesses all the way down Broadway and West Broadway (including the Leica Store SoHo, which has not re-opened). Some were set fire and many remain boarded up to this day.

This might top the 1968 Democratic Convention riot for a vigorous photo-op.

Mr Buffalo horns and face paint is actor for hire Jake Angeli.. same dude was photographed at an Antifa gathering in Arizona.

I guess he is hired to make a strong visual impression for press photographers.

LOL, Got riot, false flag or otherwise ...hire Jake.

Apologists for this attempted coup are trying to find farfetched excuses, like saying they were leftists masquerading as rightists. Such non-sense is easy to debunk.

All Mobs are a threat. Left, Right, Middle, radical animal rights, radical Environmentalists.
It doesn't matter. They're all termites in the woodwork of stable society.

The good news is that all those non-mask wearers are more easily identified from photos and video.

AntiFa have always worn masks to avoid identification. They're much smarter, I guess.
