It was cold and windy but that didn't stop the folks in Manitou Springs, Colorado from having a parade. Great costumes, tasty gumbo, and lots of laughs.

This year I didnt went outside to take some Carnival shots, but Jon did show the spirit of portuguese carnival.

The attached pictures show how I have celebrated the Carnival: playing with my windband and taking pictures with a small point abd shoot.
It is nice to make children enjoy this event with our music!
