Case for Rolleicord V

I have been looking for a case for my rolleicord V, would any other models of the cord fits the V ?

Rolleicord V has focus knob located on the other side compared to earlier models which means their cases don't fit. I would assume Va or Vb cases (later models) would fit but I cannot be sure. I've seen cases for V on sale sometimes on the auction site.

My focus knob is on the right side

Focus knob on right side = V and previous (but the V knob is bigger than the previous)
Focus knob on left side = Va, Vb

Makes sense.

May make even more sense to forget the case, as it's an impediment in use. If you need something to protect the camera while you are carrying it around, consider a small shoulder bag and just hoist the camera out when you are shooting. Saves your neck, too.

I never use the leather case. I find them to just be in the way. You can't load or unload film when they are in place. Use a camera bag to hold the meter and lens cleaning kit,etc.
