Cat lovers, just for you.........

the one with "September" colar. But the brown thing thinks she's a cat, too:)

We just adopted a stray. A bit too soon after after loosing Zoe, (see avatar), but this cute little orange tabby was abandoned in my aunt's yard and her cat won't tolerate other cats. I haven't taken any photos yet, but I'm sure to burn several rolls soon on the little kitten.
Until then, here's Mr. O'Malley.

Besides 3 kids, we have quite the menagerie...
Along with Vlad the husky (see avatar), there's Mrs McGillicuddy, our cottontail rabbit.

For the ultimate cat photograph book see Tony Mendoza's "Ernie."

Now that is a cat!

And how did he get the pictures?

Not a cat...

Not a cat...

OK, OK, it's not a cat - but:
-) it's small and furry!
-) 'squirrel' in German is 'Eichkätzchen' - and literally translated, that means 'oak kitten'.
-) he (she?) is really cute!

Taken with a Konica Auto S2 on Kodak VR400 film.

I took this in the morning, walking home from work, passing throught the park of Schloß Schönbrunn (imperial palace); this was our first real snow this year (and it's already gone again)´.

The squirrels in the park are not shy at all - they are very used to getting fed by tourists; this one even let me touch it (the photo was also taken at the minimum focussing distance of the Konica - 0.9 m).

Raiding bird feeders is not that easy if you don't have wings...
